Welcome to Dream's Loft. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless experience with your purchases. Below you will find each brand's policy, which is tailored to accommodate our customers while respecting the nature of each brand’s business model.

CTW HOME COLLECTION

Once a order has been submitted, but not yet shipped, cancellations or any changes will result in a $25.00 fee. No changes are possible after an order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped UPS from Greensboro, N.C. We can ship to any US address you specify using UPS Ground. UPS has a residential surcharge. 

In order to process a return, we require the order number, the reason for the return, and the ship to name and address. Otherwise, we will be unable to process the return.

Many of their lamps do not come with light bulbs. The wax warmers and some other items do ship with light bulbs. Please be sure to consider which items ship complete and which items require accessories as you decide what to sell on your website.

We ask that all claims be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Regretfully, we do not ship replacements by air for shortages or damaged merchandise.

They pack your orders with great care. If you should receive an order in broken or damaged condition, please contact us (https://dreamsloft.com/pages/contact) and our customer service team will respond promptly for instructions. In the event that a UPS claim is made for damage to merchandise, the original packing material must be held for two weeks for inspection by UPS.

Can I cancel the order? 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.

Can I return the order? 

If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to the vendor for a refund provided that we receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes first) AND merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging. Do I pay for return shipping? 

If you would prefer a refund back to the original payment method, you will be responsible for return shipping to

You can ship your order back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused order or orders Returned to Sender are subject to a return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee. What if there is a problem with my order? 

Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order or the item is damaged or defective you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Dream’s Loft Representative We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame, if your item(s) breaks after normal use check your items manufacturer’s warranty. Dream’s Loft is not the manufacturer; any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.

Standard Shipping Policy

Most packages are shipped from their Cheektowaga, N.Y. warehouse, where they are processed and ship within approximately 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Delivery time may be delayed based on: how the product is shipped, if the product is back-ordered, if the order is placed during the holiday season (November-December), or extreme weather conditions.

We cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery for ground shipments. 

We ship via UPS, UPS SurePost, USPS First-Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail.

Large items are shipped via freight truck. You will be emailed tracking and carrier information upon shipment.

Orders receive free shipping within the contiguous USA. 

ALPINE FURNITURE

 

Does Alpine accept returns? – Yes

What is the return period? – 30 Days

Manufacturer’s Defects - The first step is to see if replacement parts will resolve

the issue. If so, replacement parts will be provided on a no-charge basis.

Depending on the issue, Alpine may elect to field destroy or donate.

Freight Damage - If damage is the result of the freight carrier, contact us (https://dreamsloft.com/pages/contact) and we will file a claim with our selected carrier. If a replacement part can resolve the issue,

that part(s) will be provided on a charge basis.

Wrong Item Shipped – If the customer receives the incorrect item, due to a

shipping error on Alpine’s part, Alpine will be responsible for the return freight.

The piece must be in its original carton.

Is there a handling fee for Returns? – Yes

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective,

damaged, or incorrect. On a Buyer’s Remorse return, the item must be in its

original carton. The customer is responsible for the return freight. There is no

restocking fee, but credit will not be issued until the item is inspected and

deemed to be in sellable condition.

DOWNRIGHT LTD

BACKORDERS
Backorders will be shipped as soon as the merchandise is ready, unless
cancelled by the retailer.

LEAD TIMES
Stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Most custom items will be
shipped within 1-2 weeks.

WARRANTY AND PRODUCT RETURNS
Downright guarantees all products against workmanship and manufacturing
defects. All returns are subject to inspection before credits or replacements
are issued. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee except for
products shipped in error. Custom items cannot be returned. All products
require a Return Authorization (R/A) prior to return shipping. Products
returned without an R/A will be refused.

 POUNDEX

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • 20% restocking fee for returns not due to Poundex error.
    • Return window of 30 days from the invoice date.
    • Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 60 days.
    • Items must be inspected before assembly; certain items like mattresses and "AS IS" products are not returnable.
    • Products must be returned in original packaging.
WARRANTY
    • Does not cover minor variations from samples or products sold "AS IS."
    • Product modifications or the use of non-Poundex parts void the warranty.
    • Damage from power tools and misuse, abuse, or negligence is not covered.
    • Warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts or products, or credit issuance.
    • Manual recliner mechanisms are covered for 3 months, excluding operation smoothness.
    • Fabric, bonded leather, and synthetic leather issues due to wear and tear like wrinkling or fading are not covered.
    • Structural and water damages, and issues with power motion mechanisms due to misuse, void the warranty.
    • Warranty claims for mattresses require items to be sent back to Poundex at Dream's Loft's expense.
