This is the latest and greatest grey-colored full bookcase daybed from Discovery World Furniture. With tons of room for under-bed storage and a bookcase for storage, you will save space in the room. Relax, knowing the construction will look great and give you years of enjoyment. The Bookcase Daybed includes Decorative Steel and Brass accent hardware. The beds have metal-to-metal connections for all structural support, making the bed strong and beautiful. There are several under-bed options available for this bed. You can select the three drawers storage AND Twin Trundle unit that would allow you to create a 2nd sleeping space OR 6 drawers under the bed for lots of storage.

The Discovery World Furniture Full Bookcase Daybed includes slat kits ( no need for bunkie boards ) and assembly hardware. Discovery's Grey finish is an opaque finish on solid hardwood. It is a high-end finish by any standard. Its 7-step opaque grey, textured, brushed, glazed, and lacquered finish gives it a weathered appearance. The finish is top-coated with a subtle sheen. The Grey finish works well with the antique English hardware and is considered to have a Transitional and Coastal feel.

3 Drawers & Twin Trundle

• Cable Management—The bookcase headboard ships fully assembled. In addition to two (2) shelves, it also features cable management (one on each side of the headboard).
• Additional Hidden Storage - The doors on the ends of the bed provide access to a large area that can be used for extra storage. The space measures 76" x 26".
• Trundle—The trundle includes a wood slat kit, making it mattress-ready. It can accommodate a 6.5" mattress and is assembled in minutes using four bolts.

• Cable Management—The bookcase headboard ships fully assembled. It features two (2) shelves and cable management (one on each side of the headboard).
• Additional Hidden Storage - The doors on the ends of the bed provide access to a large area that can be used for extra storage. The space measures 76" x 26".
• 6 Drawers - The under-bed storage drawers are fully assembled and slide under the bed after assembly. They have indented drawer pulls and European glide rollers.
• Dimensions - The inside drawer dimensions are 18.5 x 15.5 x 6.

Solid Pine Construction 

Quality construction is essential when building and designing children's furniture. All aspects of this bed were first created using 3D software, which ensures that the overall design of the bed is sound and all safety issues are adequately addressed. Plantation-grown furniture-grade Pine for structural areas and MDF for cosmetic areas (white models only) are used in construction, making the bed extremely strong.

Easy To Assemble

All Discovery World Furniture products come with comprehensive instructions to help you quickly assemble your new furniture piece. Our under-bed drawer units have metal roller glides already mounted to the cabinet with pre-installed drawers. Slide the drawer unit into position, and it's ready for use. All needed hardware is labeled and included in the instructions to help make assembly smooth and straightforward.
